String Ensemble, Drum Kit and Vita Sampler not loading!

I recently did a full uninstall and reinstall of the program, using my Music Maker 2020 Plus Edition disc as the start up, and then subsequently running all updates. However, I now have found that the Drum Kit, Vita Sampler and String Ensemble are not installing, and when I try to open a file that uses these things I get the following error message:

In another message that comes after this, it suggests the problem may be that there's 'not enough RAM.' This cannot be, as I have a high-capacity computer and more than half its memory is still free. When I try to redownload them from the 'store,' it gives me the same error for each.

How can I get the Vita instruments String Ensemble and the others back?

@Alex-Belobraydich Does the folder already exist?

The 'not enough RAM' error message is a useful error message because Music Maker 2020 is only a 32 bit application and the RAM limit for 32 bit applications is about 1,5 GB on Windows (without using tricks). But it's also a generic write message.

Have you updated the software to Music Maker 2024? Then it's 64 Bit and you can ignore the message.

Vita Instruments usually have their own uninstaller. Please check Windows Apps settings. There you'll find an uninstaller named Magix Content and Soundpools. If you uninstall this app you can select which Vita Instruments should be removed. Then try to reinstall them.

Thanks for the select and uninstall suggestion-I will try that.

Yes, I have updated the software to it's most current 64 bit 2024 version, the .32 version that was most recently available. And these instruments have worked fine on a project I'm currently working on under this latest updated version, until I did this re-install process (which ironically was to try and fix a different issue LOL)
