Stranger Synths not installing

Hey all ,

I have seen some posts that have been placed up in the last couple of days but none in which helped me.

Problem: Stranger Synths downloads to 100% and sits on installation for... EVER...

Tried the below

  • Installed the Free version of Magix music
  • Installed and activated the 80s version of magix (get 3 free 80's soundpools) - they installed fine...
  • Logged in and out of Magix
  • Downloaded the Stranger synths about 5 times resulting in no installation
  • Checked that all installation paths are leading to the same drive

Note: This was bought in a humble back - all code have worked and have enabled me to activate items, Stranger Synths is the only one giving me troubles...

Windows 10 , 64 BIT, I5, 16 GIG ram, NBN FTTP.

Any suggestions?

Have the exact same problem. I hope Magix user support will at least acknowledge the issue? Magix used to be serious !?

Still an Issue, they asked if i had logged an issue Ticket... (I asked them via FB) but i thought i had done this buy putting this in a thread?!

Hi,

please try "Clean up store" in the programm settings.

After the restart of the program re-login in the store and then try the download again.

Hi,

for the Music Maker there is a new patch which fixes these problems during the soundpool installation.

Just do an autoupdate in Music Maker.
