I have an issue that I am hoping somebody here can help me out with.

I have a Panasonic recorder that records Freeview broadcasts on to the internal HDD. You can then copy the recorded programmes onto a DVD or Blu-ray disc.

I copied some of the recorded programmes on my recorder over to a single-layer Blu-ray disc and for some reason when I play it back on my standalone Panasonic Blu-ray Player, there is like an occasional quick purple flicker that happens in the video while it's playing. It doesn't do this when playing on my recorder, only on my player.

Does anyone know what this flickering thing is and why it's occurring?
