Store not opening- no soundpools, instruments, downloads etc

Ive recently bought Music Maker 2020 download version and had fun with everything for about a week. Today tho' the Store will not open, error message is - "Waiting from response from the Magix store - Please check your internet connection.

I am connected tho' and can connect to everything else.

Ive bought and downloaded sample packs and credits too, plus done a full track which I saved to projects folder. Today the project will not open either.

Hi Clive,

I assume this was a temporary issue that's already sorted? If not, please check your local machine and network environment to make sure potentially relevant firewall and proxy settings allow the program to access the Internet, and try the "Clean up Store" button from the Music Maker program settings. (Make sure to log back into the in-app store with your customer account, once Music Maker has restarted.) If you're not getting on, please consider contacting MAGIX support directly:
