My Audio Cleaning Lab 17 deluxe has stopped working and says:-

The wave shape device 'Microsoft Sound Mapper' cannot record this format.

Reason:-

A device I.D. has been used that is out of range for your system.

I have used this product for many years and have done nothing different. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same message. I am using windows 10 and wonder if an update has caused this.
