Please do not start a new thread on the same topic - this will split the answers and lose the flow of what has been tried and the results.
From the other thread and what you have posted above we are still no further forwward in seeing what you are trying to record. The video is overexposed so we cannot see what you have set the track to record - is it MIDI Record or Audio Record?
If Audio Record then what is the source and what settings are you using to record ? Please give a detailed step by step of what you are setting up to record, how it is connected to the computer and the record settings used.
One thing which is clear from the video is that whatever you are recording is going into overload hence the crackling - which is called clipping
Why are you recording what you already have in the Arranger to another track? It's already in your project! Did you watch my tutorial on Getting Started in MusicMaker?
You are recording the output of the first 3 tracks onto track 4, and since you are monitoring what you are recording through your sound card, it is fed back to the sound card again and again like feedback. Of course it's going to sound terrible. To record something, like voice, you use a mic - change the input in the record settings.
