Status Processing

Hi.

I uploaded a video in Website Maker yesterday afternoon at 15:00. The video is in format .wmv and is about 30 mb. The upload went well but in Website Makers "My Media" the video is still not playable, status are "Processing". Can you help me solve the problem why it is still in status "Processing" in My Media?

Ok,

once you have uploaded it, it may keep showing Processing. Try logging out, and logging in again. If it

is still processing much later, then get in touch with support and get them to check your account. Here is the link
