Start and End Markers Stuck

My start and end markers no longer work.

Also the red bar is glitched.

I've tried restarting the software, making a new project, resetting the views but it remains the same.

@Colton-Cote Use the magnifying glass icon in the bottom right corner of the arranger window to change the view. This should reset the yellow loop bar.
