Start and end markers stuck

All of a sudden the yellow bar that controls the length of the song jumped down to like one second and I can’t move it at all, and I’ve tried every keyboard command I’ve looked up the manuals it’s like it is just stuck.. please help!!!

Try clicking on the small double arrow in the bottom right corner of the track windows that optimizes the view. You can also press SHIFT+F12.

If this doesn't help you need to reset the layout by clicking on the menu View > Default Layout or pressing F4.
