Spectralayers 7

I have Samplitude Pro X Suite v5. Spectralayers v6 came bundled with it. Back then, it was advertised that a free upgrade to Spectralayers v7 was included as well. Spectralçeyes v7 came out and I didn't receive anything. I contacted Steinberg, and was addressed to Magix. What is the right procedure?

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for Magix Support.

I think what you need to do is to log into your Magix Account, go to "My Products" and check whether the licence key, and possibly the download, is available there. If the installer is not showing there it should be possible to obtain this from Steinberg. If the licence key is not there you need to raise a Support Ticket with Sales.
