Speakers get messed up

I've downloaded the Sound Forge 365 for PC and at first I thought it was my microphone, because there was severe white noise static and anything that I recorded was muted by this noise. However, upon further investigation I've realized that the problem is with my computer's speakers every time I open the program. When I restart my computer the problem goes away. However, when I start Sound Forge the speakers get messed up again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes @Brandon-Burrows, this was a rather common issue with the perpetual version of Sound Forge Audio Studio. I assume Sound Forge AS 365 would be the same, The screeching or white noise sound is caused by the Magix Low Latency 2016 driver... removing it should fix the issue. See this comment from Magix for instructions.
