Soundpools won't download right

The downloads from whatever service Magix uses is insanely throttled and the 200 dollars in packs acquired act like they are downloading but are not. Also the ones that do "complete" only have the BASS loops, not the "940+ samples" that it says comes with the packs, just like 12 bass samples, for EVERY pack that actually did "download" ... ?? got a fix?

Running Win10 - GTX970 - I5-3500 - 16gb ram.

it seems whatever server service they are using is severally getting to much traffic causing it to error out a lot. I can't even get the soundpools to purchase yet for the stranger synths with my code with out it even erroring out the minute I hit purchase or after it put in my code.

Hi,

No fix, because I really don't know what you are doing. Can you explain clearly? Which packs? How did you order them? Etc.

Downloading speed depends on may factors, usually starting with problems at the user's end and then going through the system. If the source server is overloaded, then that could be a problem. I rarely have any problem downloading Magix stuff. Updates of 3-400 Mb only take a few minutes. I doubt that Magix is throttling anything, only that there could be a bottleneck recently because of the special on Samplitude Pro X3 suite, with its 70+GB of downloadable material.
