Hi,

Unless you deleted them, they should be under:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

Just Add loops and navigate to the correct location, like above, and they should appear.

BTW, Music Maker is free. With Premium and Plus you are getting access or credits for features, presets, instruments and Soundpools. In newer versions, activate all old versions. Make sure that you are logged in to the Store.

Do you really have an old version of Music Maker? What version do you see under Help, About?
