soundpool won't install

I recently purchased 4 soundpools on producer planet :

Backpacker Beats - Hip Hop Construction Kit (ACID loop collection wav format)

Hip Hop Lo-Fi Vol 2 (sample package wav format)

Hip Hop Kryptic Piano Melodies: Emotional 7 (sample package wav format)

Soul/R&B WKND RnB (soundpool wav/ogg format)

I just got a new computer and I was running Music Maker on my older Dell XPS 8500. I have a new Dell XPS windows 10. The program runs fine. I have a designated folder i use that i extract all my soundpools to when i download them. from there I use the program to access the soundpool to add it to my collection. But for some reason when i try to add the soundpool the program does not recognize. I've tried doing a complete rescan and none of the above listed soundpools will work. On my previous computer i was running this same Music Maker program and I was able to use backpacker beats and WKND RnB but it won't recognize them now. I paid for the programs so is there a way I can get refunded or can someone help me figure how to make them work.

Hi,

I only looked at Kryptic Piano Melodies: Emotional 7. This is not a Soundpool that is set up for Music Maker, and probably the other ones are not either.

Open the folder and look to see if the structure is the same as normal Soundpools, with an inf file, folders for the various instruments, and file naming with a digit suffix for the pitch. I doubt that they are.

You can access these through the File Manager in MMM, but not through Loops.

Look at this product on Producer Planet. The cover clearly shows the word SoundPool and the description makes reference to "Soundpools from MAGIX contain full orchestral and/or song compositions, broken down into stems or individual samples, with each instrumental stem and sample available in 7 different tonal variations (for example, one bass loop will be available in A, Bb, C, D, E, F and G)."
