Soundpool update

Magix music Premium maker crashes when I try to update Soundpools which I have already purchased. I am using HP envy Laptop windows 10 12 gig ram and intel corei7, and nvidia GEForce Graphics.

@jemguy2023 It could help if you open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store. Maybe there is a problem with the cache which prevents the update.
