You did not say what is your OS: XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or 8?

Note: this time before you do any thing first clear, Browser cookies History etc.

Update Windows then proceed to copy the folder as mentioned below:

Do you know where your MMM 17 soundpools are installed? if so, copy that Basic _17 folder somewhere else on computer such as you can copy inside My Music  the "Basic_17" folder. (your soundpools are inside Basic_17) After copying once again use Add style button and see what happens.

i tryed allso what you said now but i get same problem, only some drums in chilout show in list and nothing els of loops

There is one last option, as you said this time Jazz is working right? once again reset soundpool, then use Add style button browse and OPEN Basic folder ADD each style such as Dubstep.Chillout,Dance/Electro, Movie score etc. one by one.

Even if it does not help you. In that case delete your newly copied folder. Reset soundpool, use add style and browse to your Music Maker Default Basic folder and add.

Some times, computer System restore also work.
