Soundpool coupons not credited

Good afternoon,

I recently activated Music Maker EDM Edition on an already existing installation of Music Maker Score Edition and found that the coupons for 3 free soundpools that were supposed to come with EDM were not credited to my account. I do have access to the store and the EDM soundpools, but the coupons are simply not there. What would I need to do to rectify this situation?

@MacrosV When have you bought the EDM edition? Last year? If it's an older version you cannot use the coupons in the newest version of Music Maker and must reinstall the old version.

Thank you for following up with me, I will try and download then install the old version to see if that helps. Do you know if I will need to uninstall the new version before installing the older version? I was able to use the coupons with the score edition just fine but didn't see any for the EDM edition so I thought that I may be missing something.
