My software keeps giving me a notice for update, everytime I try to go after the update Ihave a problem with sign in, paymentor whatever

I am not familiar with the word "paymentor". (typo maybe). Are you referring to 'Update' or 'Upgrade'. The latter is typically a new version which requires purchase. i.e., upgrading from Sound Forge Pro 14 to Sound Forge Pro 15.
To get the Upgrade pricing you must use the serial code and the email address that was used when your current version was initially registered.
An 'update' is free and has a new build number to fix bugs and such,
So there was no space between "payment Or" it doesn't take a genius to figure that out. All I was trying to do was upgrade from the current Sound Forge software I'm using. Everytime I open up the software it gives me an offer to upgrade but I haven't been able to upgrade because it would either not let me log in and/or make any kind of payment. Hope this is spelled out correctly as to not confuse your mind
