Soundforge stopped working

It's been a while since I used this program but now when I open soundforge it says registration error - the activation code is not valid. I have tried deleting the library preferences and last saved setting but it is still not allowing me to open the soundforge. Can anyone help me please.

Soundforge pro 2.5.0. (Build 133) Mac Mojave Version 10.14.6

I also had this problem with my SF 2.5.1 (Build 164) after migrating from Yosemite to Mojave. But everything went back to normal in Sierra 10.12.x and SF 2.5. But with my SF version 3.0.0 (Build 100), there are some tolerable errors. A word of advice: Go back to a previous version of macOS to resolve this issue!
