@Axel-VonGreiff The serial number should be listed in your order confirmation e-mail. It is a different serial number than Sound Forge uses.

I think you need to install iZotope Product Portal to register the software.

Hi,

Sound forge is asking me all of a sudden to register everytime I run the program:

Please help.

Thanks,

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Axel-VonGreiff.

As @SP. stated, the iZ plug-ins have a unique serial code, and must be activated separately with iZ, The serial should be in the Magix purchase email. The iZ activation dialog usually pops up automatically when Ozone or RX is not registered.

Sound forge is asking me all of a sudden to register every time I run the program:

Try resetting and clearing the cache (File menu).

@Axel-VonGreiff

With apologies, but I have deleted the image from your post since it included your serial key and personal email address. Neither of these should ever be posted to a public forum, like this one. To post the former is to risk losing access to the program, whilst the latter could easily be harvested by Spam bots.

This is not the Izotope pop up this is a Magix pop up. I tried your suggestion of resetting and clearing the cache under file-> Reset All Preferences and cahed Data and it didnt fix it.

Hi @Axel-VonGreiff, I would try de-activating Sound Forge on the PC you have problems on and reactivate. Registered licenses can be managed via the MAGIX Service Center.
- Log in to your Magix account
- Click on "My Products"
- Select the product your wish to address from the list and choose "Show more details"
- For the pertinent PC, select: "Deactivate"

Restart Sound Forge and re-activate.
If this does not resolve the activation issue, email Magix Customer Service: infoservice@magix.net

Thank you I will try that.
