Soundforge 14 stopped recognizing my mixer input

I have been using v14 for several weeks for my podcast production. Audio is fed to your program from the Rodecaster Pro mixer. Yesterday your software no longer can record the mixer signal. It returns the message "An error occurred while recording. A device is not available." Can you help troubleshoot?

I've have heard of Win 10 updates disabling hardware inputs. Look in the Win 10 'Privacy' settings (as bizarre as it sounds).

@Gil-Moegerle

A recent Windows 10 update knocked out an older working USB video capture device I have, in my case it was a video cature device, now it sees it as an audio device, the video drivers are gone and reinstalling them it does not bring back the video part of the device.

How old is the Roadcaster and have you tried updating the drivers for it?
