Soundforge 14 just updated to build 111 on my PC. Where are the release notes? I've made a reasonable check of forums and the download site. Surely a post on this forum stating that a new release is available, what it fixes or improves is not an unreasonable ask. There is an emerging practise in the software industry to not issue release notes. The two main reasons seem to be to be to allow new data gathering features to be introduced without having to explain them, and on cash cow products to keep the costs down while milking them for as long as possible . I suspect its the latter with Magix given their generally surly support attitude. But soundforge is expensive for what it does, it only gets 1 years support and I expect proper support in that 1 year.
