Soundforge 10 just stopped working

I was working on projects, and then suddenly, the software wouldn't open again. It is telling me about administrator and elevated privileged. I click to move forward, and nothing happens. I have been using this software for over 15 years, and the fact that you have no customer support is deeply disturbing and frustrating. I guess after a period of time, your software just ceases to work. What do I do? Who do I contact? It sounds like the answer to both question is nobody, and nobody.
