@Phenomenal-Mami

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, you will see I have changed the product area that you originally selected; you chose Music Studio but you clearly have Music Maker!

In order to have any chance at all of helping you to resolve the problem of the audio you are hearing we need to know a lot more about your computer etc.  Please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there.

The problem you are experiencing is almost certainly related to your audio settings and interface, if any, but without that information requested we would be guessing!

Also, I assume when you write 4Gs you mean you have 4GB RAM. Is that correct? If so, I would consider that the absolute bare minimum, especially if you are running a 64 bit version of Win 10.

If you are considering adding more RAM, which I would recommend, it's won't be useful to go above 8Gb. MMM is a 32 bit program, and it won't be using more than about 4Gb of your RAM. I think a 32bit program can use more, in a very complex way, but I know MMM doesn't, because I've "out of memory" types of errors, while having a lot of free momery available from my 16Gb.

Try adjusting the ASIO driver settings if you are using ASIO (Magix 2016) or the ASIO4ALL v2.14 driver.
