sound pools

so the multiple sound pools I have bought will not down load. I hit down load or down load one and the circkle show downloading just spins but nothing downloads. and half my pool is gone or not working. is this what to expect when you upgrade to the best version of MMM.

Look at some of the threads on this forum about similar issues. When downloading problems occur, there is a solution and it is in some of these threads. I haven't had any problems download and installing anything with MusicMaker, and I have the Premium version and many, many Soundpools.
