When I purchased Sound Forge 15 we were told we would get a free upgrade to Sound Forge 16. Where can I go to redeem this update ?
Hi @JohnMike-McCall, contact Magix Customer Service with your purchase details. You can email them at infoservice@magix.net or go though the more official Support procedure.
If you are referring to Sound Forge Pro, be aware the latest build of Sound Forge Pro 16 has a few bugs which are in the process of being fixed, so I would recommend not uninstalling SF-15 so you do not have to rely solely on SFP-16 if the bugs affect your workflow.
Sound Forge Audio Studio 16 does not have these issues.
