Sound forge will not install after downloading, it says continue and keeps sending me back to that prompt.

@Dschulman Try disabling your Windows Defender firewall temporarily. Modern Windows has very tight security mechanisms and doesn't allow the Sound Forge download manager to download the installation program if your user account doesn't have enough privileges.

This is rather common @Dschulman, try temporarily disabling your anti-virus and firewall.. and/or.. keep trying ..sometimes subsequent attempts complete.
