The Sound Forge Pro (16) applications are basically identical and have the same version and build numbers. The SFP 'Suite' includes additional software like Steinberg's SpectraLayers Pro and Celemony Melodynem. IMO, SLP alone is worth the upgrade price.
Unfortunately, SFP-16 continues to have problems that make it unusable for folks who need to use (third-party 32 bit) VST-2 and 64 bit VST plug-ins together. FWIW, SFP-15 did not have this issue.
