I am not excatly sure what you are asking but... Magix versions of Sound Forge can be activated on two PCs simultaneously. If it is wanted on another PC, one of the two originals would need to be deactivated first. Deactivation can be done on-line in your 'Magix Service Center' account, or right in SF
The above does not apply to '365' subscription versions which can only be on one PC,

Not quite, as @rraud explained! You can have only two simultaneous activations of the software. It can be installed on additional PCs, I believe, but it will not run on those PCs.

Sound Forge can be installed on numerous PCs.. but only activated to use on two at a time with a single license (serial number). However it is quick and easy to deactivate and reactivate. It is limited to once-a-month online, however no limitations exist doing it within Sound Forge's file menu (as I recall).

Once you have bought and installed SF Pro, check on the workscreen under the "File" heading.
