Sound Forge Crashes when trying to master from Instant Action window

Sound Forge 16.1.1 crashes when I try to master a file using the preset options in the Instant Action window. I am receiving an error message that includes

Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xe0434352)
Fault Module:        C:\windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

I have a new PC running Windows 11.

Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how do I need to resolve it?

@Amanda-Marr The error just means, that there was a crash in Windows kernel, so nothing that would be helpful. Could you provide a step-by-step guide to replicate the crash?

I do not recall reading of that error,
Unfortunately, Sound Forge Pro 16.1 has numerous issues with VST plug-ins, which 'could be' the cause if the Instant Actions command is using VST plug-ins. Many of us have to use SFP-15 (or earlier), until the SFP-16 VST bugs are fixed.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Amanda-Marr.

Hi! there is an update that will be released very soon that updates the vst backend, so hopefully this will be resolved soon!
