Sound Forge Audio Studio suddenly no longer "sees" the Steinberg USB

I have been using Sound Forge Audio Studio 17 with a Steinberg UR22C USB audio interface for a few months now.

Today, I tried to record something and found that it won't record. When I looked in Options -> Preferences -> Audio -> Record, I found that the Steinberg inputs are no longer listed as an option.

Strangely, both the Windows Device Manager, and Zoom see the Steinberg, and I can use it to record Zoom meetings successfully.

I have tried rebooting, but that makes no difference. Running Windows 11.

Any ideas?

@Bob-Konigsberg Make sure the Steinberg ASIO driver is selected in the program preferences.
