Sound Forge Audio studio 32bits craches at win10

Hi I have win 10 64bits. I installed Sound Forge Audio studio14 32bits, because someone from Magix told me this program (32bits) can save my audio files into mp3. The SFAS 14 64bits doesn´t have this feature. I tried to install and reinstall 3 times (SFAS 14, 32bits) and the problem appears to be the same. Before the version 32bits, I was using SFAS 14 64bits and it worked well, but it saved only wav files. I have i7 7700k 4.20 ghz, ram 16gb

Both 32 and 64 bit versions should be able to encode MP3 files. Uninstall Sound Forge with a third-party uninstaller that can remove leftover register entries, folders and other pertinent data files the default uninstall leaves behind.. Revo Uninstall is highly regarded. I would then re-install the 64 bit version first and if so desired, add the 32 bit afterwards. They share many of the settings and customizations.. assuming it is similar to SF Pro.

Thanks a lot I did what you suggested a few time ago. I uninstalled 64 using a third-party called Unistaller. It didn´t work many times. So I decided to re-install SF 64 bits. But right now another problem. It always is asking me to register again and any time.
