Sound Forge Audio Studio 15 doesn´t play my recordings

Hi

I have - Windows 10, i7 processor, ASUS board

I bought SFAS 15 today. It makes recordings. But when I try to cut and past some region from the original recording SFAS 15 doesn´t play the track. Also it paste it without any data. Yes I reinstaled the program twice.

Please let me know about it

Are you stating there is no playback sound at all? All files, or just an MP3 or other format? Is the added audio the same sample rate and bit depth? When you paste in audio, there is no new waveform data added or just metadata?
