Question 1: I have this activated on my PC and Microsoft tablet. Every time I open it on either device, a widow comes up asking me if I want to renew the Update Service. I click start installation and nothing happens. Suggestions?
Question 2: on the tablet (Microsoft Surface Go 3) I recorded a file, and I could not save it. The program now shows the Crash Recovery window, but when I click Restore, nothing happens. Ideas?

I can't help you with question 2 but question 1 is one we see rather frequently in the forums at the moment!
Basically, there is a problem in the Update Notifier program which leads to these frequent messages but the "update" does not happen! I understand Magix staff have acknowledged this "bug" and a solution is expected sometime. In the meantime you can safely close and ignore the message!

See this thread regarding the 'Update Notifier'. It is a separate program which can be uninstalled if the annoyance is too much to bare.

How much free space is there on the internal storage device and what is its maximum capacity?
What is the processor in the Go 3 - an Intel i3, Intel Pentium Gold or Intel m3?
IMHO the Go3 is not a suitable device for running Sound Forge Audio Studio on. It is a light duty device, like many other tablet devices running Windows, which can handle basic tasks such as word processing, playing music and browsing the Internet with a reasonable performance, however for more demanding tasks such as image editing and audio editing it is very underpowered and can cause issues when the processor thermal protection kicks in reducing the processor clock speed which in turn can cause glitches in the software and audio..
