I ordered Sound Forge Audio Studio 15 on November 24, 2021, when order was submitted order never went through, so I tried again after several minutes then order went through, checking my bank account I noticed there was two charges of $39.99. I only wanted one order, is it possible to get refunded $39.99 on one of the orders.
