Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 - iZotope Neutron 4 Elements Crash

alexavil wrote on 4/6/2025, 2:32 AM

Every time I'm trying to use Neutron 4 Elements on a file with a non-standard sample rate (e.g. 32kHZ, 48kHz), Sound Forge Audio Studio 14 crashes.

The same plugin works normally if the file has a sample rate of 44.1kHZ.

@alexavil Looks like Neutron is the cause of the crash. You can try to reset Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab to its default settings via the Help menu.

If this doesn't help I would recommend you contact iZotope or Native Instruments support because the plugin isn't developed by Magix.
