I have AS14. I copied a portion of a file to a new file, played the new file, then played the original file. I didn't have any playback problems.

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge forum @Amivideotek.

Please state more specifics; file types, formats, ect., ect. Are you saying you cannot hear any sound after the copying or just the new file or copied waveform segment?

Hello, thank you for helping me. I have tried and reinstalled the program several times, but without luck. I have to shut down the program completely if I want to hear a sound again. In the video attached you can see what I mean exactly.

Hello, I've found where my problem comes from.
I have been using Comfort Clipboard Lite 9.0 for years, this clipboard manager keeps the clipboard history that you can use to paste any saved fragment again.
When I close the program that works in the background, Sound Forge Audio Studio works correctly.
This resolves this problem.
