Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0 reinstall on another computer

I Need Help re installing Sound Forge Audio Studio 10.0 onto my new computer! I have serial numbers and can get access to download. but once I start its states ERROR.

I have previously had it on an old computer that I cannot access.

If someone could help please

So.. you cannot download AS-10 from the Magix Service Center> My Products?
Are you using the same email address you used when it was initially registered ,The Magix Download Center. is another option but the same email address requirement applies..

Otherwise, are getting any error messages? You should describe in detail what is happening and/or post screen-shots.
