I have just received the backup DVD for the above software. The sending address is shown as Reno.
The enclosed invoice mentions that it is US version.
Bonus software (iZotope Ozone & iZotope RX Elements) also mentions US next to them
I am in UK.
Is there a problem if I install and use it?

I can think of no reason why the "US" version should be a problem for you!
Checking the installation on my PC, I can see nothing that suggests either US or UK. Perhaps the only relevant setting is Help>Language, where the only options are Automatic, Deutsch or English. (I live in the UK.)
