Sound Forge AS12-Error 0xC0000005

Hi,

I got this error message after install and register the latest SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 12 upgrade, after the error message appears I can't do anything else, it just frozen.

My computer has windows 7 Professional with 64-bit Operating System.

Any ideas on how to fix this error?
