Sound forge 365 how to not renew contract

Hi at all,

I don't need to use Sound forge anymore and I don't want renew my contract.

On my personal area of magix i found the section related to my product and my contract by I can't find feature to avoid the renewval.

Can someone help me how to avoid magix to take my money for next 3 months?

@Gabriele-Mosetti Contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and tell them your customer number and that they should cancel your subscription.
