Before I buy Sound Forge 17, please answer the following questions: 1. Is it possible to install and activate Sound Forge on two operating systems on the same computer? 2. Additionally, can I install Sound Forge on a Laptop as well?

One (perpetual) license can activate Sound Forge on two (2) PCs simultaneously.. For instance., your Desktop and your Laptop PCs
It is possible to de-activate one of the activations and reactivate on a alternate PC,

The '365' subscription version of Sound Forge can only be activated on (1) PC at a time.

@Cauli I would guess that running two different Windows versions on your computer and installing Sound Forge into both of them will already use up both activation slots. So you won't have a third slot for your laptop.
