Sound Forge 16 Audio Studio (64-bit) Will Not Install

I purchased the Sony Vegas Pro pack which comes with Sound Forge 16 64-bit, but every time I try to do the installation transfer with all of my other programs, it says that an error occurred every time it gets to that program and to re-try the download, but I get the message each time I try. I have a 64-bit system, so why won't it download/install? I bought the pack so I could have the audio studio, I would really appreciate some help so that my money isn't wasted!
