Since you did not specify, I will assume you have the perpetual version of Sound Forge Audio Studio or Pro.
Sound Forge can be activated on both PCs if you wish. One license can activate Sound Forge on two (2) PCs simultaneously.
If you do wish to deactivate SF on an existing device and use it on an alternate PC, there are two ways to do it.
1: Visit the MAGIX Service Center , log into your account and go to My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used once a month.
2: The other option can be used as often as you wish. In the SF 'Help' menu, select 'Deactivate the software on this PC' (the PC must be connected to the internet).
The '365' subscription versions can only be activated on one (1) device at a time. I am not exactly sure how to transfer a SF 365 license to another PC. I would first look in MAGIX Service Center prior to contacting Magix Cusomer Service
