Sound Forge 15

My client is Installing Sound Forge 15 on Windows 10 machine... while installing, it stops half way through the install and just sits there.. and won't complete the install. Using a brand new DELL. I don';t know the version number yet, cause it won't install. What trouble shooting steps can we take to fix this.

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @Rich-Germaine.

Sound Forge Audio Studio is the only published version of SF-15 at this point.

If unpacking from the download manger file is the issue, download these direct installers. Your client's registration info (email/PW) will be needed if it was previously registered.. The serial codes will be needed in either case. If it is being registered for the first time , do not lose any of the registration info.

Something may be amiss with the path to Magix, others are having problems with the install managers as well.
