Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge community @DogusYayinGrubu. This is users forum, If you wish to request tech support from Magix see this comment for instructions

Otherwise.. try resetting Sound Forge and clearing the cache:
'File> "Reset all preferences and clear cached data"

Does this happen with PCM files or just lossy file types (MP3, AAC, ect) ?
See this recent comment.

Hello, when I follow the relevant steps for technical support it redirects here. Cached data has been cleaned, We also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. There are usually problems with mp3 files. We will apply to the support area again with the steps you have specified.

Did you try enabling the "Always proxy compressed formats" mode? You can also try uninstalling and reinstall again, but... uninstall using a third-party uninstaller like 'Revo Uninstall' that can remove left-over registry entries and other pertinent data the OS uninstall leaves behind, which in usually the root of issues. Use Revo's advanced scan mode, but beware of deleting shared data if there are other Magix applications installed. Revo Uninstall has pro and freeware versions, the free version is adequate in most cases unless 'forced uninstall' is needed, which is a pro option.
