Sound forge 12 Issue extracting songs from CD in lower speed

Hello,

I upgraded my Sound forge 10 to 12 last year, and it worked fine.

My PC was crashed by the window 10 update last month. :( I had to download the window 10 to a USB to restore my PC.

As a result, I had to reinstall Sound forge 12. Then, it started having issue extracting songs from CD when I used 16x, 8x, 4x speed with each track in its own file.

2 to 3 out of 10 songs would only get extracted for less than a seconds. A couple of songs would overlap with the previous songs. If I use the maximum speed, it will be fine. So strange?

I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but nothing worked. My Sound forge 10 works fine without any issue. The version for the Sound forge is showing 12.5.0.337 (DP3) now.

What should I do to fix the issue?

Thank you for any help.

Have you tried uninstalling > reinstalling the latest version AS12. Otherwise use SF10.

BTW, many of us use a third-party uninstaller (Revo for instance) which removes leftover registry entries that the standard Windows uninstall leaves behind, which can cause some issues to remain.
