Hi.

When you paid to upgrade from MM Live to MM Premium, you should have received an email with the serial number for your new MM. Usually, that email also includes links and serial numbers to allow downloading and installation of any "add-ons".

Do you have the email? Does it give any information?

I wrote a full post thanking you and giving some particulars but I lost it all with a 404 error during posting. Suffice it to say that all appears to be in order and I thank you for the additional important information. Best regards, CEC

Hi

. . . . I lost it all with a 404 error during posting . . . .

You are the second person to lose their post(s) to a 404 error - did you create the post text in Word, Libre Office or some other text editing program and then copy and paste the text to the forum?

Hi John, no I was just online with my phone. Sorry I lost it but at least pass on the thanks in between until that can be figured out. Website did seem to be delaying, but hard to say on that with cell phone use. CEC

Hello, I am having the same problem, I purchased the physical DVD and there is nothing showing anything about the Sound Forge Audio, the iZotope, the Ozone Elements and the VariVerbII. I have installed, removed and re-installed and there is nothing there. Can someone please help me. Thanks in advance :)

Finally I found it. To start off I ordered the physical DVD, so when I received the email, it did not offer a download link as I had to wait to receive my DVD, so I figured the Sound Forge program would be on the DVD. With that being said, in the email it stated Music Maker 2019 Premium Edition and then there was a link for "Learn more about how to activate sounds, features & instruments in Music Maker, weeeelllll that was not a download link, however just below that was Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 WITH a Serial Number, a download link for the Program Manual via PDF and low and behold a link to DOWNLOAD Sound Forge Audio 10. Look for an email with a Subject Line: "Confirmation of your order from Magix" and your download link and Serial Number will be located within that email. I purchased several items and luckily I printed them all out, so I went back over all of them and then I found it. Hope this helps :)
