@Rufus-Harrison Have you installed all Focusrite drivers? You should be then able to select the Focusrite ASIO driver in the program settings.

Did you try to reinstall the drivers while USB Scarlet 212 is NOT connected to Pc. Then restart the PC and after the Windows starts connect the Scarlet 212.

Have you tried the Samplitude forum here and ask same question?
