Ok I seem to have identified my midi delay problem, ASIO4all nearly solves the latency, but I feel, not an optimum solution. I'm using the mobo on-board 7.1 sound hardware, with Realtek driver.

Looking at Creative's Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD, which states it has solid ASIO drivers,  this 'appears' to be ideal, are any of the experts here using this sound card? or can anyone comment?

It's quite reasonable price at £169.99 so if it gets the thumbs-up I can order one now ;-)
